Initial Meeting. We begin with a meeting to establish what your goals for the next 12 months are and the budget you have in place to reach those goals. This gives us enough insight to develop a strategy that best fits your personal needs.
Strategy Meeting.
The Strategy Meeting is our next contact after the Initial Meeting. Here, we will present you with our strategy for your program, discuss budgeting matters, and finish all the remaining paperwork.
Review Meetings.
The Review Meetings take place every 30 days during our commitment term. These meetings are normally conference calls to discuss what has been implemented, share progress reports, and discuss any changes.
Web Design Strategy.
This refers to characteristics and design features of the Website as a whole that affect the optimization of the site and of individual pages. Chiefly, it is related to the link structure of the site, creation of portal pages and site maps.
On-Site Strategy.
Design issues and changes you make in the code and content of a particular Web page that will make that page get a better listing for any searches or for specific searches in a search engine. To optimize a page so it gets a lot of visitors, you need to choose keywords with a high search frequency, for which there are comparatively few pages on the web. That is your Niche. Then you need to use the keywords in the page correctly as explained under On Page Optimization.
Off-Site Strategy.
A misnomer for off-site optimization, since it is usually concerned with getting links from other Websites. The links should have relevant keywords in their Anchor Text.
Social Media Strategy.
Social Media optimization (SMO) is a set of methods for generating publicity through Social Media, online communities and community websites. Methods of SMO include adding RSS feeds, adding a “Digg This” button, blogging and incorporating third party community functions like Flickr photo slides and galleries or YouTube videos.
